Fee

csgoclique.com takes an approximate 5% fee of the total value of each game. This fee allows us to maintain all services related to csgoclique.com running. The total value of games does not take the fee into account. Fees taken on Bolts conversions are non-negotiable, these are in place to maintain operational cost of our website – again, Bolts have no real-world value, they strictly exist for Entertainment purposes.

Winnings and Distribution

Winnings are returned to the Trade URL set in the account settings of the winner. This can be set on the "My Account" page. If the Trade URL of the winner is incorrect when the winnings are sent, we are not responsible for the loss of these items, and they will not be refunded. After the game you played is over, the Bolts you’ve won will be reflected in your account balance (this amount is decided after our 5% fee). If you’ve requested a trade offer and it is not accepted within 48 hours, it will be cancelled. If this and/or an error occurs, you will then have another 48 hours to contact us regarding the issue. If you do not contact us within that time period, those items are then owned by csgoclique.com will not be refunded. csgoclique.com also offers the option of withdrawing your winnings through Bitcoin, these withdrawals may take up to 48 hours and are manually done to provide the highest level of business to user security - while cashing out with Bitcoin, we take a 5% service fee from the requested withdrawal amount.

Retrieval Process

If items are lost on csgoclique.com in error, you will have to create a ticket on our Support tab or contact an individual on the Management Team and you will be refunded in value. You will not be refunded your original items as they are inaccessible while the website is live.

Bans, Timeouts & Conduct

Refunds
